Diamond's fourth annual Flea Market & Vendor Expo raised over $14,000 for the Angels' Wings program.
An estimated crowd of over 1,000 filed through the S&T Arena on Saturday, June 8 to browse the 110 vendors set up inside the building. Aside from shopping, the crowd enjoyed concessions from six food trucks, a 64-item basket raffle, children's entertainment, the Indiana Regional Medical Center's mobile unit, and the Thistle Ridge Shetland Ponies.
The Flea Market & Vendor Expo is the cornerstone fundraising event for Angels' Wings, the holiday gift giving program sponsored primarily by Diamond Drugs since 2020. All vendor registration fees and basket raffle proceeds help the program purchase new holiday gifts for hundreds of Indiana County children, families, veterans, and seniors in need each year.
A follow-up Angels' Wings fundraising event, a Trivia Night, is scheduled for Friday, June 28 at Levity Brewing in Indiana. The entry fee is $5. Email angelswings@diamondpharmacy.com for more information.
